Whether you are an established recruitment agency or recruitment start-up, the chances are you have a wealth of existing data that you will want to bring with you. To make this process as simple as possible, RecruitmentWorx offers a number of options to help you get your existing data into your new online recruitment system.
1: Do It Yourself (Free)
RecruitmentWorx provides you with a set of data import tools which provide a simple and easy-to-use interface for you to upload, validate and import your existing data from CSV format. Users are required to download one of our pre-defined data import template spreadsheets which can then be populated with your data before being saved in CSV format and uploaded directly to RecruitmentWorx for import.
2: Bulk CV Import (From £25.00)
This option uses the RecruitmentWorx in-built CV parsing engine to automatically create candidate records from your existing library of candidate CVs. This option is available to users with large numbers of CVs not wishing to upload the files individually. We offer support for .doc, .docx, .pdf, .rtf and .txt based files. 3: Bespoke Data Import (POA)
This option is available to clients who wish us to handle the entire data migration process for them. We will need to liaise with you closely at the start of this process in order to ensure we have access to all required data.
