New Reporting Features Now Available

We are very pleased to announce the release of our new reporting features which are being made available to all new and existing clients throughout the start of June. This latest release provides our users with a range of new reporting tools which have been designed to provide quick and easy access to a variety of KPIs.

My Reports Module


The new My Reports module provides users with a total of 15 individual reports which have been designed to enable analysis of data for the current calendar year by month. For example, users can view a summary of all candidates they uploaded to the database as well as the number of candidates they shortlisted by calendar month.

In addition, administrators are granted the ability to view reports for any user of the system making it great for managers who want to analyse staff performance.

Company Organisation Chart


Do you need a quick visual overview of a company structure? If you do, you'll love our new company organisation charting tool.

Simply click on the new View Organisation Chart button from an existing company record and RecruitmentWorx will present you with a simple visual representation of the company including all company addresses and their associated contact records for each.

Shortlist Statistics Chart


Now you can quickly obtain an overview of the shortlisting status from any vacancy by clicking on the new View Shortlist Statistics link from the vacancy shortlist tab.

This will provide you with a rather nice looking pie chart which displays the overall summary for the currently viewed vacancy by shortlist status.
